Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3. Orders for requested gases are to be filled within five (5) days of receiving a request from Tarrant County. 4. Tarrant County reserves the right to conduct site visits to vendor’s warehouses, prior to awarding contract. 5. The awarded bidder(s) is subject to any and all requirements for licenses, bonds, insurance, and any other applicable laws or regulations during the term of this contract. 6. All cylinders rented under this Request for Bid are to conform to the following specifications: A. All cylinders are to be smooth (not pitted), freshly painted, and clean. B. The vendor is responsible for hydrostatically testing all vendor-owned cylinders, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law. C. All cylinder gases must be in compliance with the U.S. Department of Transportation labeling requirements. D. Bidder may provide the sizes of the cylinders or bottles available nearest to the specified sizes on a separate page, however, please indicate the price for the smallest unit available (cu. ft,, gal., lb., etc.) on the Price Forms. 7. All cylinders rented for the storage of medical grade gases are to conform to the following specifications in addition to the specifications listed under Item 13 of the Special Terms and Conditions: A. All cylinders labeled in compliance with FDA requirements. B. All cylinders labeled with lot or batch numbers. C. All cylinders are to be in compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements for the sale and distribution of medical gases. 8. Medical grade gases purchased under this Request for Bid are to be tested by awarded vendor to insure that gases are 99.5% pure.
