TDA is seeking a vendor to conduct Administrative and Procurement Reviews. Assistance includes participating in a team with TDA staff and conducting Contractor-staffed reviews with TDA oversight. Reviews comprise a programmatic and a financial component designed to assess CE compliance with NSLP, CACFP, SFSP, and SSO federal and state rules and regulations. Completion of the reviews includes: • Verbal and written communication with TDA and its CEs • Offsite and onsite reviews • Post-review activities • Closing of reviews • Correspondence with TDA and CEs • Data entry into TDA’s Texas Unified Nutrition Program System (TXUNPS) or successor system or equivalent • Participation in preparing for appeals (if applicable) • All other associated administrative and procurement review work and • Gathering, documenting, and reporting review information to TDA and USDA when required or requested.
