Specifications include, but are not limited to: - Perform all work in accordance with all applicable codes and authorities having jurisdiction. - Provide all permits, inspections, licenses and fees. - Furnish all labor, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to provide complete and operational systems. - Provide all materials, equipment, tools, rigging, saw cutting, labor, and transportation necessary for the complete installation of mechanical and electrical work as shown or reasonably inferred by the contract documents. - Adhere to all safety rules as designated for the site. - Subcontractor will be responsible for any cost of failed materials for their scope of work. - Base bid on premium hours. All regular working hours must be coordinated and approved by Tarrant County Facilities Management (TCFM). - Coordinate/schedule necessary shut-downs with Owner - The contractor is responsible for removal and proper disposal of any equipment refused by the owner.
