Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1. Review of the concept level mall and garage plans, and confirmation of the design intent; 1.2. Incorporating the bridging documents provided by the Master Architect into design development and construction documents; 1.3. Integration into the Program Management Plan developed by the CMA; 1.4. Detailed on-site investigations, and review of existing documents, including site plans, utility plans, surveys, geotechnical reports, and existing adjacent structures; 1.5. A list of necessary testing and inspections to be provided to Owner including, but not limited to, Environmental, and Construction Materials Testing; 1.6. Assistance to Construction Manager-at-Risk and Construction Manager Agent to prepare order-of-magnitude cost estimates, as recommended by the Master A/E; 1.7. Coordination with the SSE to identify additional surveys required to complete the design; 1.8. Coordination with the SSE to identify additional subsurface utility engineering (SUE) required to complete the design.
