The work consists of constructing trails, rock seating, paving, small parking lot, landscaping and irrigation. Qualifying contractors must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and other requirements outlined in the bid form. Key dates for the bid are as follows:
- Pre-bid meeting: January 31st at 11:30am on-site.
- All contractor questions are due no later than February 11th at 5pm.
- Answers will be issued by February 15th at 5pm.
- Sealed bids are due by no later than 3pm on February 25st.
- Selection and recommendation to be determined by February 27th.
- Council approval March 7th
