This is a one-time construction contract for the upgrade and replacement of the hot water piping system for the Henry Wade Juvenile Justice Center. The project will include the replacement of the hot water return piping, insulation, hangers and supports, and circulating pumps. The project scope will also include the replacement of the security ceiling in areas where the hot water piping is to be replaced.

The bids response must be submitted by the due date July 31, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. (CST)

Bid Reading
July 31, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. (CST), the reading will be conducted via a live meeting online. Bids will be publicly opened in compliance with the public bid opening statutory requirements.
