The City of New Braunfels is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified design firms interested in providing a Needs Study, Conceptual Design, Schematic Design and cost estimating for the proposed 2019 Bond Program.

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:
Kohlenberg Road: Design of a 3-4 lane road to major collector from IH35 Frontage Road to FM 1101 with a 90’ ROW. Project will include an improved street section, sidewalks, bike lanes (or joint use paths, off street) and improved driveway aprons.
