Description

The City of Cedar Park requests Proposals/Quotations for 3rd party inspection / observation services for the construction of RE|CREATE remodel project.

Scope of Project: Remodel of the City’s old library facility, which is currently unoccupied, to become the new RE|CREATE space. This will consist of demo as required, construction of new walls, new finishes throughout, HVAC replacement, lighting replacement throughout, new electrical and plumbing as required, low voltage systems, roof replacement, minor exterior facility and site improvements, and all other work identified within the drawings and specifications included within this Request for Quote. Project construction is expected to kick off August 25, 2025 and has a 6-month schedule.
