Description

The City of Seguin is requesting bids for the purchase of Fifteen (15) Pad Mount Transformers as
further described and specified in the attached Material Standards document. Items to be purchased
include:

- 8 each 300 KVA Pad Mount Transformers 120/208

- 2 each 500 KVA Pad Mount Transformers 120/208

- 2 each 500 KVA Pad Mount Transformer 277/480

- 3 each 1500 KVA Pad Mount Transformer 277/480

It is the intent of these specifications to provide bidders with specific information and data necessary
to prepare and submit a bid. The transformers to be purchased under this bid shall be new and
unused. The specifications described in this solicitation are considered to be the minimum bid
specifications. The City will accept bids that exceed the minimum specifications. Consideration will be
evaluated based on cost/benefit for those items that exceed the minimum specifications. Bidder shall
identify specific features included on the transformers that exceed the specifications.
