RFQ-06-032-218-RL-013 - Construction Mat Testing - City Hall Bldg 3 Remodel & Public Works Bldg 1 Exp.

The City of Cedar Park seeks the services of qualified geotechnical engineering and construction material testing consultants interested in providing construction material testing services for the construction of the City of Cedar Park City Hall Building 3 Remodel and Public Works Building 1 Expansion. 
 
The City Hall Building 3 Remodel consists of 5,129 square feet of existing ground floor space and will add 3,746 square feet of second floor space for offices to the existing building enclosure.  A complete demolition of existing walls with the exception of walls surrounding the electrical room will be done to allow for installation of new walls and utilities.  The Public Works Building 1 Expansion consists of a pre-fabricated metal building expansion with brick, CMU, and metal roof of approximately 1,032 sf.
