The City of New Braunfels is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified design firms interested in providing a Needs Study, Conceptual Design and Schematic Design and cost estimating for the proposed 2019 Bond Program.

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:
Callen’s Castle All Abilities Park: Park will feature special equipment allowing individuals of all abilities to play together. The park will be located on City-owned property off FM 1044 next to Real Life Church. Master Plan was completed in 2015 with public input from families, advocates and a therapist.
