SCOPE OF SERVICE
1. In general, the work to be done under this contract consists of furnishing all labor and materials and performing all operations necessary for and incidental to complete the work shown on the drawings and specified herein and briefly outlined as follows:
  1. Site Preparation/site staking and layout services
  2. Provide Fill in accordance with the specifications
  3. Provide Concrete Sidewalk Asphaltic Parking and ADA Parking.
  4. Provide Pad for modular building and provide access for others to install modular building.
  5. Provide and install drainage facilities as well as landscape planting for the entire site to City Landscape standards.
  6. Hydromulch / Sod and water grass until the grass is accepted.
