The City of Weslaco invites qualified law firms (“Respondents”) to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) to provide Bond Counsel services for the City’s debt programs. Selection will be made in accordance with the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act (Texas Government Code Chapter 2254), based on demonstrated competence and qualifications to perform the services for a fair and reasonable price that will be negotiated after selection.
