Operate and maintain the food and beverage concession at Zilker Park. Food and Beverage Services: Concessionaire shall: 5.1.1.1 Have exclusive rights to sell food and beverages at the Zilker Café building located at 2133 William Barton Drive, Austin, Texas 78704, on the north side of Barton Springs Pool at Zilker Park in the area delineated in Zilker Metro Park Legend (See Attachment A) 5.1.1.2 Provide a menu selection which: 5.1.1.2.1 Includes options that are low in salt, sugar, saturated and trans fats; vegetarian and gluten-free; and include fruits and vegetables and whole grains; 5.1.1.2.2 Has price points for healthy, nutritious foods that are reasonable and affordable for every visitor to the facility regardless of income or financial circumstance; and 5.1.1.2.3 Includes nutritional information and prices. 5.1.1.3 Include on its menu, food selections that may be fulfilled in less than fifteen minutes to accommodate time constraints by park patrons. 5.1.1.4 Submit any changes or revisions to the menu, including price changes, to PARD for approval prior to making the change.
