Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Arrange for up to 250 hours of instructional time per year at each Designated Golf Course. 2. Clinics and classes will be scheduled with the PGA Golf Professional at each course. To have the best chance at reaching the goal of 250 clinic hours per year, it is recommended that program schedule requests are turned in and completed by January 15 of each year for approval by the PGA Golf Professional. 3. The maximum number of participants per clinic will be determined by the PGA Golf Professional. The ratio of participants to instructors shall be no more than 10/1 unless specifically approved by the PGA Golf Professional. The ratio of volunteers supplied is recommended to be no less than a 15/1 ratio. 4. The PGA Golf Professional and/or his staff will provide the golf instruction. If additional instructors are needed, the PGA Golf Professional will secure PGA professionals from other city courses or the North Texas PGA.
