The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for replacing all obsolete Rockwell PLCs at the treatment plantsí North Ozone and South Ozone process areas. Replacement scope will include both the Ozone System Supplier (OSS) PLCs and the Process Control System Integrator (PCSI) PLCs as shown on Drawings. The scope of replacement at each control panel shall include replacing components such as PLC chassis, power supplies, CPU, I/O cards, network cards, remote I/O adaptors, network switch, etc. The Contractor shall fabricate, install, commission, test and make operational the SCADA system hardware upgrades, along with all additional PLC programming enhancements and functionality as described in Section 40 61 96 ñ Process Control Narratives. The OPCC for this project is $6M - 10M.
