Specifications include, but are not limited to: The required services to be provided are as-needed specialty print services for HHS Women, Infants and Children (WIC). Services may include but not be limited to full-color offset lithography (web and oversized sheet fed), flexographic, digital, and screen printing or dye sublimation in accordance with specifications contained in this solicitation. Production may include items such as full color booklets, brochures, flyers, posters, displays, banners, signs, shelf tags, shelf danglers, door hangers, magnets, and stickers. Contractor shall provide File Transfer Protocol (FTP) services for transfer of electronic files over the Internet. Contractor shall have a technical representative available during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST), who is knowledgeable about printing and can assist HHSC staff as needed. Contractor shall have current Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and In-Design, (or equal, compatible software), or other more current electronic formats as available. Contractorshall be capable of printing and producing materialsfrom native electronic files, including current versions of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or In-Design (or equal, compatible software), and high-resolution print-ready Acrobat PDF files, or other more current electronic formats as available. Contractorshall provide a hard copy color proof of each job for HHSC approval and be available for proofing and/or press checks by HHSC graphic designers during normal business hours. The HHSC point of contact will provide artwork prior to each order, and work will be provided in the form of native electronic files, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or In-Design (or equal, compatible software), high resolution print-ready Acrobat PDF, or other electronic formats as available. Contractor shall provide a quote for each job requested by HHSC. Quotes will be provided on company letterhead showing the company name, address and contact information. Contractor shall bid on applicable options in Exhibit H - Cost Proposal separately, as specified. This solicitation shows several options, however, HHSC reserves the right to change artwork when necessary, as well as request other job sizes and types. Contractor shall be able to accommodate rush jobs and provide delivery and pickup service to HHSC within one (1) hour of notification when required by HHSC.
