Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, and materials, to furnish a complete industry standard repair job. All work performed must meet all applicable building codes based on local, state, and federal regulation codes. Service provider shall be responsible for removal and proper legal disposal of any and all debris generated by the repair, but not limited to parts, insulating material and adhesives. Work shall begin within appropriate length of time to be determined by the district and based on whether the request is an emergency. A purchase order will be issued for each individual service contract and work shall be completed within a time frame that meets district needs. All work shall be performed during prescribed hours both occupied and unoccupied Monday through Friday. Work can be done during weekends or after hours only with approval of Mr. Alfonso Peña, UISD Director of Facilities Maintenance & Operations or his designee. Contractor shall submit/advise the repair schedule to the Maintenance Department or his designee prior to beginning work, to allow coordination with district personnel (i.e., principals, directors, school administrators). A UISD supervisor will be present with the contractor when job is being done, after hours, or during weekends.
