• Mobilize and perform site and site access improvements as shown on the Drawings and as required for the well driller to access the site and perform the Work. • Drill and test two potable water supply wells, Well 20 and Well 21, each with a 24-inch surface (pump) casing (Base Bid) or a 32-inch surface (pump) casing (Additive Alternate Bid), located at two different sites. Refer to Section 011000 “Summary” and Section 331113 “Potable Water Supply Wells” for detailed work sequence. • Protect the well and cleanup the site as specified in the Contract Documents. • Work must be completed (tested and approved by OWNER and ENGINEER) by September 1, 2026, to meet Brazos Valley Groundwater Conservation District permit requirements.
