Vendor shall provide labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install approximate l y 3,500+/- linear feet of welded steel picket fencing, including gates, automatic openers, code access control, etc., per the specifications and terms & conditions included in this Invitation For Bid. Vendors are encouraged, but not required, to include pricing for Option 1 (Item 1) and Option 2 (Item 2). The Agency will de t ermi ne which option provides the best value to t h e Agency and award the bid accordingly . Option 1: We l ded steel picket style fencing 8 ' tall configured per sketch, approximately 3 , 500+/- linear feet , layout as shown on attached site plan , including gates, operators, code access control , etc . (3) - 48" wide opening x 8' tall we l ded steel picket style pedestrian swing gates with dual access control by punch code/future prox card . (1 ea. adjacent to 16 ' drive gates and another near large/south greenhouse) .
