To meet HHA needs, the website design and architecture/functionality shall:· Use software that is secure, standards-based and well-supported.· Provide a design platform using asp.net that allows easy content management andwebsite maintenance by HHA without requiring special skills. Provide a CMS architecture that allows HHA to add pages and drop-down menuitems for second- and third-level pages (based on template created by contractor).·Be clear and consistent in organization, appearance and navigation.·Provide a structure that allows visitors to easily navigate and locate information.·Provide enhanced functionalities, such as:o Searcho Printable pageo Font size adjustmento Multi-list " contact us" menu and contactso Future FAQ database (like Yahoo or MS Help function. Emphasize content and functionality, as well as graphic design using current bestpractices in website design.·Provide optimal loading times for any connection speed and any type ofcomputer.·Be registered with most utilized search engines.·Provide pages for Spanish translation initially, with capability to add additionaltranslated pages, such as Chinese and Vietnamese.·Provide for a secure log-in portal for clients, vendors and employees (to bedeveloped as Phase 2 separately).·Provide capability for visitors to download forms, media press kits, etc.·Easily accept video files.·Include an online employment application program.·Be staged on a pre- go-live server for testing.·Include forms as web pages that will give users the ability to fill in forms onlineor print, as needed.·Hosted by vendor and provide a test site where HHA can review updates andmodifications. Vendor's host server should benchmark no more than 1%downtime
