Specifications include, but are not limited to: 6.1 Website / Content Management System: The website and content management system shall meet the following specifications: 6.1.1 Include templates that incorporate into the content management system that will permit both technical and non-technical NTMWD staff to update website content (text, images, video, etc.) on specific pages.; 6.1.2 Once the site has been completed and accepted by NTMWD, the site will be maintained centrally by NTMWD’s web services team as well as nonprofessional editors.; 6.1.3 The site must be clean and attractive with a mix of text and graphics. Visually, the site should be modern, distinctive, memorable, and engaging. It should fit as close to a single displayed page on a typical size monitor as possible. ; 6.1.4 Each section of the site should have a common look and feel. The NTMWD logo should be prominently displayed on every page as a common header.; 6.1.5 The use of images and fonts should be consistent throughout the site with the layout of each page having a great deal of consistency. Images on the front page should be a larger size than other subpages. The sitemap should provide for these images to be easily changed. ; 6.2 Project Planning: Propose, create and manage a project timeline created based on detailed project scope, to address tasks, due dates, and related responsibilities. Tasks include, but are not limited to the following: 6.2.1 Project kickoff meeting with project staff.; 6.2.2 Planning and scheduling planning and strategy meetings with project staff.; 6.2.3 Consulting engagement of planned deliverables for scope of services.; 6.2.4 Processes to understand existing content on website(s) and execute integration/migration plans.; 6.2.5 Graphic design and conceptual discovery meetings with project staff to develop color boards and layout proposals to support brand and messaging. ; 6.3 Implementation: Develop and manage a series of benchmarks to provide design creation, the development of content, project staff to offer professional consulting, computer engineers to provide configuration for user-friendly experiences and ADA accessibility, mobile-friendly capability and other related quality control measures. Tasks include, but are not limited to: 6.3.1 Consultation management and engagement of staff creative maximum efficiencies of workflows and processes to achieve goals and objectives and a launch date.; 6.3.2 Site layout with options for a menu of customizable design packages to choose from, design and branding concepts for NTMWD brand guidelines, with functionality, a wireframe, and structural blueprint to meet the goals and objectives of the project through user-friendly navigation and search options.; 6.3.3 Identify re-design schedule available for future years within renewals.; 6.3.4 Content migration of front-end pages for current websites (ntmwd.com, water4otter.org, and boisdarclake.org) with text, images, multi-media content and other items for a smooth transition to new website CMS.
