Specifications include, but are not limited to: Navarro College require web design and development services to support objectives which may include, but are not limited to: (1) Increasing the conversion rate of prospective students (2) Encouraging retention of current students and (3) Informing the general public and/or specialized groups or markets of campaigns, products, events and services. Projects and assignments will be determined by the College under the direction of a designated project manager.
