The selected consultant(s) shall provide the following services: (1) Performing modeling services to answer specific questions such as, but not limited to, those concerning future demand, future use allocation by customer class, demand projections for select customer types, program specific savings estimates, and the impact of program savings over pre-defined periods of time; (2) Conducting program evaluations and developing administrative materials for programs including standardized forms and training and/or reference documents for staff; (3) Perform qualitative and quantitative research unrelated to the above tasks in support of potential pilot programs; (4) Aiding in the development of educational materials for staff and/or customers, including presentations, literature, hand-outs, brochures, design demonstrations or samples, models or other visual representations of key information, etc.; (5) Speaking or facilitating conversation with key stakeholders and staff including the implementation of technical seminars or other training.
