San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is soliciting requests for proposals (RFP) from interested non-profit organizations (NPO or Respondent) that meet SAWS’ requirements for providing the Conservation Department services to expand our reach for water conservation with both indoor and outdoor messages and programming, including encouraging more efficient use of water throughout homes, landscapes, and irrigation. Our community partners shall provide invaluable knowledge in a variety of fields and facilitate community outreach and programming to promote water conservation through presentations and workshops on home efficiency, irrigation efficiency, alternatives to in ground irrigation systems, WaterSaver landscape design, landscape care, plant selection, and more. Respondents will attend community events on behalf of SAWS, sharing the conservation message and promoting SAWS programs.
