4.2.1 Contractorshall be responsible for providing waste disposal and recycling servicesforthe following items. A. Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) B. Corrugated Materials (OCC); C. Pallets D. Bulky Items E. Landscape Debris F. Incinerator Ash G. Sterilized Shredded Medical Waste H. Mixed Office Paper I. Toner and Ink Jet Cartridges J. Plastics and Aluminum 4.2.2 The following hazardous wastes are specifically excluded: A. Untreated medical “red bag” waste B. Fluorescent light tubes C. PCB Ballasts D. Batteries E. Any other hazardous wastes as defined by 40 CFR 261.3 t 4.2.3 Work hereunder shall be performed at such times and in a manner to avoid disruption of UTMB operations or disturbance to patients, staff, and residents of nearby neighborhoods. Contractor shall perform work necessary to keep the UTMB campus free of container overflow or unsightly accumulations of any materials covered by this Agreement.
