Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful bidder must: 1. Provide manifests of removal per unit. 2. Pump all waste water and grease from grease traps. 3. Clean walls of grease traps and inlet and outlet lines up to 100 of all debris and solid matter using a hydro-jet machine. 4. Provide all applicable equipment and personnel to clean and remove grease and waste water from grease traps and lift stations using a minimum of 3 suction hose. 5. Assure removal will be in accordance to all law, rules and regulations of State of Texas, Texas Water Commission and the Environmental Protection Agency. 6. Work in cooperation with the district. Aldine will provide a man to locate, inspect sites and sign manifests. Typical work hours are between 7:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. 7. Understand that semi-annual pumping is to be completed within ten working days and the successful bidder must provide a minimum of two men (for cleaning purposes). 8. Agree that demand pumping is to be started within four (4) hours of notification of need. 9. Approximate total gallons of grease and waste water to be removed is 240,000 10. A single invoice for each pumping/cleaning cycle will provide a line item for each grease trap or lift station pumped and will include the number of gallons pumped from each trap or lift station
