The required services to be provided are scheduled and as needed for waste removal services at Texas Center for Infectious Disease (TCID). • The Contractor shall provide facility with seven (7) four (4) yard bins, and 2 (40) yard bins unless otherwise specified under this agreement. None of the bins need locking capabilities. • The Contractor shall own the bins and shall distribute and maintain the bins in working order for the duration of the agreement. • Contractor will repair or replace any bin that become broken or damaged through normal wear and tear. Bins that are damaged through negligence or misuse (i.e. overloading) will be replaced by the Contractor. • The Contractor will also make 30- and 40-yard bins available at the request of the facility. • The Contractor shall provide weekly collection of refuse for all occupied buildings within the facility. As follows: • 7 (4) yard bins Monday, Wednesday and Friday between the hours of 4:00 AM and 8:00 AM • 2 (40) yard bins on site at all times and swapped out as needed, with pickups called in as needed • The Contractor will accept for disposal refuse and additional bulk items as defined herein, to buildings that are covered under this agreement.
