Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor shall provide transport and temperature monitoring services for supplies, products and materials received from various entities related to a public health emergency response, training, and/or exercise referenced within as an (Event), upon initiation by a phone call or email notification from Department of State Health Services (DSHS) staff. 2. Contractor will coordinate all movement and transport of products and materials in collaboration with DSHS staff. 3. Contractor will provide within (twenty-four) 24 to (forty-eight) 48 hours temperature-controlled transportation of medical supplies, products, and materials. 4. Contractor shall bear all costs associated with transporting and transferring all the medical supplies from the current contracted facility (location) to the designated DSHS Response and Recover Unit (RRU) storage facility (once contract is awarded), and that results in a new contractor being awarded. 5. Storage of medical countermeasures (herein referenced as medical supplies), that may include, but are not limited to liquid medications, tablets, vaccines, and/or IV medical products.
