Furnish all labor, material and equipment to construct a 20' x 14' pre-fabricated concrete control building including site preparation, excavation and backfill, foundation, electrical appurtenances, air conditioning, trim, concrete landing, aluminum door canopy, 24" x 30" cast bronze plaque and interior surface coating, all in strict accordance with the plans and specifications. Furnish all labor materials and equipment to remove all existing electrical and controls inside and outside of the Wall & Avenue C lift station including underground service, service equipment, MCC, VFD, transfer switch, standby generator receptacle, duct banks, conduit, conductors, and glass enclosure all in strict accordance with the plans and specifications.
