Provide all materials, equipment, labor, coordination, and supervisory activities necessary to complete construction of the project. The project will include, but is not limited to, interior building improvements including architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, fire suppression, fire alarm, IT/telecom trades, person lifts, elevator, new egress stairway and hazardous materials abatement. Exterior building improvements include but is not limited to roof mechanical penetrations, roof replacement, new glazing, new blast resistant glazing, civil site modifications, concrete pavement, concrete ramp & walkways, new water fire suppression line, new building signage, new site fencing and gates, parking lot modifications and new electrical primary.
