Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Dickinson, Texas (the City) is requesting proposals from qualified firms for a Website Design, Development of Content Management System (CMS), Conversion of All or Part of Existing Website Content, and Implementation and Hosting of the Website. GENERAL: The Respondent will: A. Design the official City website B. Design and develop a Content Management System ("CMS") C. Move all or part of the existing City website content to new website D. Remotely host the website and CMS E. Attend and participate in meetings scheduled by the City F. Provide a framework and architecture that will permit future expansion and the addition of new online services as the City s budget, technology needs and demand dictate G. Provide a secure site that meets emerging industry standard guidelines on privacy and accessibility and H. Produce and provide the City with the following deliverables: i. Provide reports for all meetings in written and electronic format (PDF) detailing significant meetings, discussions, actions and results
