Proposed Tasks Project coordination Involves scheduling a conference call with EPWU project team to walk through the project approach, project time frame, staff involvement, etc. Staff interviews (on-site) Conduct interviews with EPWU staff responsible for epwu.org and tech2o.org functionality, content and management. Develop recommendations Upon completion of on-site meetings and compilation of data develop recommendations relative to organizational needs, technologies and best practice. Present, review and refine recommendations (on-site) Walk through draft recommendations with EPWU staff, answering questions and refining the recommendations as needed. The resulting deliverable will provide guidance for EPWU to carry out the recommendations
