Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Integration: a. The VMS can be a web-based (cloud) system, or an on-premise solution capable of managing the complete VMS lifecycle including, registration, check-in, provisioning, management, check-out and reporting. The VMS shall be comprised of the application software and all system hardware, peripherals, and licenses required for a complete and operational VMS. i. Kiosks should be able to function as self-serve or as staff mediated platforms b. Verification of a patient’s admission status, location, and approved visitors via HL-7 integration with EPIC. c. Ability to assign access that expires after a certain duration d. Integration with CCure9000 v2.8 (or higher) access control system.
