Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide services for Academic Support Products and Services for K12 . These services are to include, but not limited to: 1) Academic assistance and support to K12 students informing them of academic requirements specified by their school district, assistance in college and career readiness activities, and key assistance in the areas of math and English language arts. 2) Providing a full spectrum of services that assist districts with the implementation, promotion, and ongoing management of services provided with highly qualified individuals for all student interactions 3) Provide timely guidance, counseling, and other support to help ensure student success for life-changing transitions. 4) Individualize regular routine mentoring to K12 students through morning communications, daily attendance monitoring, and GPS technology 5) Comply with the Affordable Care Act of 2014; etc. It is the intention of Education Service Center Region 18 Solutions Cooperative to establish contracts for Texas, Multi-State, and National Contracts with vendors who can deliver multi-tiered and integrated online staffing resources through a web-based system that provides students with live video web conferencing courses and an easy to use virtual classroom to include but not limited to American Sign Language, Mandarin, Latin, Japanese, Spanish, ESL, and Dual Language.
