TXST is currently seeking vendor proposals for the creation of a comprehensive virtual tour for Texas State University. Our aim is to provide an immersive experience for prospective students, showcasing key locations and facilities across our campuses in San Marcos and Round Rock. 4.1. 360-degree videos or photos of 12 locations on the San Marcos Campus and 3 locations on the Round Rock Campus. 4.2. Interactive sections at each stop for additional information and multimedia content. 4.3. Verbal guidance throughout the tour. 4.4. Multilingual support, starting with Spanish, with the capability to add more languages in the future. 4.5. Integration with our Slate Platform for seamless collection of prospective student data. 4.6. Capability for updates throughout the year to reflect changes on campus. 4.7. Flexibility to add additional stops to the tour as needed. 4.8. Comprehensive analytics to track viewer demographics and behavior (e.g., duration, location, student type). 4.9.
