Specifications include, but are not limited to: Texas State University is seeking proposals to provide cleaning of commercial cooking vent hood systems for the Texas State Dining and Kitchens. ; Respondent understands and agrees that this RFP is issued for the cleaning of commercial cooking operation services for the Texas State University Dining and Kitchens vent hood exhaust system(s) and that the University has made no representation, written or oral, that any such requirements be furnished under a Contract arising from this RFP. Furthermore, Respondent recognizes and understands that any cost borne by the Respondent, which arises from Respondent’s performance hereunder, shall be at the sole risk and responsibility of Respondent. ; Projected frequency of cleaning for each system is listed in the attached schedule. - Quarterly Cleaning to be performed December/January (winter break), March (spring break), May/June semester break, and August semester break. - Semi-annual cleaning to be performed December/January (winter break) and August - Annual cleaning to be August. - Annual cleaning of stadium hoods at end of football season - Panda Express and Burger 512 cleaning to be performed on annual schedule and also in mid-October.
