Williamson County, TX is currently evaluating options to either implement a new Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS) or enhance its existing system. As part of this effort, the County is inviting DEMS platform vendors to participate in virtual informational sessions with County staff. These sessions aim to help County personnel gain a deeper understanding of current market solutions, including key functional and technical capabilities, to support the development of specifications for a future Request for Proposal (RFP). During each session, vendors will be asked to provide a brief overview of their company, followed by an unscripted demonstration of their software, focusing on core features and functionality.
