The County seeks to establish a single contract with a qualified vending services provider capable of furnishing, installing, operating, and maintaining food and beverage vending machines across multiple County-owned facilities. The selected Contractor must demonstrate sufficient capacity, experience, and infrastructure to support both snack (dry goods) and drink (cold and hot beverage) vending machines, including diversified payment methods. a) Provide all labor, equipment, materials, products, supplies, and supervision necessary to deliver full-service vending operations. b) Serve as the sole vending operator for all designated County locations during the contract term. c) Ensure machines are modern, energy-efficient, and capable of accepting multiple payment types, including at minimum: Cash (bills and coins), and Credit/Debit cards.
