Specifications include, but are not limited to: Trinity Metro is requesting bids for providing vending machine services for the purpose of providing vending machines at Trinity Metro’s Grove Street headquarters, Trinity Metro’s Herschel R. Payne (HRP)HRP Transportation Complex, the Texas & Pacific (T&P) T&P, and the Fort Worth Central Station (FWCS) lobby. Vending machine products should include but are not limited to water, soft drinks, chips, pastries, candy, gum, juices and healthy snacks. We require that 20% of the snacks be of a healthier nature to promote our employees’ health. Trinity Metro currently shall receive a minimum of 16% revenue split monthly from the sale of items. Award of this contract will be given based on value of items to the purchase, the proposed revenue split, and the value of revenue generated from sales of the merchandise. Vendor must consider price fluctuations and increases over the period of the contract and bid pricing accordingly. See below for the Specifications for items currently selling. Any additional suggested items to be considered must be included from the Vendor, see section F8 below. Trinity Metro has 400 + employees and anticipates users, including employees and public customers on a daily basis. Historically, the annual sales generated have been from $75,000.00 to $100,000.00.
