Specifications include, but are not limited to: The required services to be provided are scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs for Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) owned over-the-road vans, and bobtail delivery trucks within the Region 06 Harris County. Contractor shall be located within one (1) hour travel time of facility. Service: The Contractor shall provide a 90-day or 4000 miles industry standard warranty on all repair and maintenance work. Parts: All parts used for repairs shall carry a 12-month or 12,000 miles industry standard warranty, excluding parts with a lifetime warranty. All parts and materials used for repairs shall be new and per vehicle specifications. If Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is unavailable aftermarket OEM direct replacement parts are acceptable if they meet warranty standard.
