Contractor will provide the following services to University: Proposer will be responsible for providing all aspects of daily valet operations. In addition, Proposer will provide management and supervision for all provided valet services. UT Health is seeking valet parking services for patients at the Mays Cancer Center (MCC). The qualified vendor must provide optional curbside parking for patients and assist them with their medical devices such as a wheelchair or walker from the vehicle to the curb and curb to lobby. 5.4.1 Valet Service A. Valet parking services include, but are not limited to: 1. Valet Parking 2. Porter Services including Greeter and Front Door Service 3. Companion Service to ensure visual and audible observation of guests while parked vehicles are being retrieved. B. Greet every guest warmly. C. Maintain cleanliness and safety of valet operations. D. Provide directions, information and assistance to help guests to their destination. E. Assist guests with oxygen tanks, wheelchairs, baggage and other personal or medical equipment as they exit their vehicles at the valet station. F. Assist handicapped guests with wheelchair and automated transportation equipment needs including loading, unloading and minor wheelchair assembly. G. Provide fast and timely car retrieval.
