Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Video Production Services. The video production services shall include location and/or studio productions that generally fall within a 100-mile radius of San Antonio and typically consist of the following: Landscaping, gardening, wildlife, plants, nature Formal and informal (individual and group) Corporate/industrial (people, machinery, construction) Home and leisure lifestyle topics Marketing product shots (studio and location) Events 2. Business Hours. SAWS’ normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except recognized SAWS holidays (New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day). Video shoots may be scheduled during alternative times/dates, as required or specified in each assignment. 3. Finished Product Specifications. Finished video to be delivered in MP4, MOV or other digital format as specified by SAWS before production begins. Minimum resolution/quality to be Full High Definition (HD) (1080p/24-30). Alternative aspect ratios or resolutions for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, etc., if applicable, will be specified by SAWS before production begins.
