Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Victoria ISD is issuing a Request for Proposal for VICTORIA ISD PHYSICAL SECURITY ACCESS CONTROLS; Proposals will be evaluated based on equipment price, installation/labor rates, vendors proximity to Victoria, TX, vendors committed response time for repairs (time between service call being placed and vendor arriving at location). Repair technicians within 1-hour drive time, reputation of vendor, and references of customers of similar size and focus as VISD. Victoria ISD occasionally purchases very large quantities of specific items, and expressly reserves the right to purchase these and other similar items via other competitive methods if deemed in the best interest of the district.
