The City of Laredo Utilities Billing Division is requesting quotes for the purchase of 400 cases of PRINTWORKS perforated paper (Item No. 04130 or approved equal), with one quarter of the total order (100 cases) to be requested on a quarterly basis, or sooner if required, for FY2025-2026. Each case should contain 2,500 pages, totaling 250,000 pages per order, 1 million pages total to fulfill the four quarterly orders. Storage and Delivery Requirements: • Perforated paper must be stored in a climate-controlled facility. • Deliveries are to be made to the City’s storage unit located at 7121 N Bartlett Ave, Laredo, TX 78041. • Deliveries will occur every 3 months, or as needed. • Delivery company must call to schedule a drop-off appointment. • All cases must be unloaded into the storage unit. • A lift gate is required for all deliveries. • Note: The final delivery location may be adjusted, but will not exceed 2.7 miles from the original address provided.
