The City of Laredo Utilities Billing Division is requesting quotes for the purchase of 480 cases of window envelopes, with one quarter of the total order (120 cases) to be requested on a quarterly basis, or sooner if required, for FY2025-2026. Each case should contain 2,500 envelopes, totaling 300,000 envelopes per order, 1.2 million envelopes total to fulfill the four quarterly orders. The envelopes must be pre-printed with: • The City’s logo in full color. • The postal permit number in black ink. • The City’s address in black ink. • RETURN SERVICE REQUESTED in black ink. (Please refer to the attached specifications and logo file for exact dimensions and placement.) Storage and Delivery Requirements: • Envelopes must be stored in a climate-controlled facility. • Deliveries are to be made to the City’s storage unit located at 7121 N Bartlett Ave, Laredo, TX 78041. • Deliveries will occur every 3 months, or as needed. • Delivery company must call to schedule a drop-off appointment. • All cases must be unloaded into the storage unit. • A lift gate is required for all deliveries. • Note: The final delivery location may be adjusted, but will not exceed 2.7 miles from the original address provided.
