Replace the existing BAS frontend with a new system. The replacement must utilize LON with engines capable of communicating with both Lon and BACnet, enabling future integration with any new equipment added or replaced at the school. ● The contractor must provide an MSTP trunk to connect the new controller to the district’s BAS infrastructure. ● Upon completion, Teague ISD must be able to perform and navigate using a robust online graphical user interface to manipulate setpoints and commands for HVAC and exhaust equipment, with graphical points created for each device. ● Enable control from desktop computers, tablets, and smartphones. ● Software configuration must use a BAS software tool to define devices, network parameters, and relationships. The subscription must include a five-year software plan for updates. Software is to be installed on a customer-provided workstation with internet access. ● The existing FT/10 LON Trunk should be split and remain functional, allowing for future field server expansion. Supervisory controllers must support both LON and BACnet devices.
