The Houston Ship Channel Security District (District) invites you to submit a proposal to update the Port-Wide Risk Management/Mitigation and Business Continuity Plan (Plan) that includes the Ports of Houston, Texas City, Galveston, and Freeport as well as the channels and waterways providing access thereto (the Ports) that was conducted during 2007. This updated Plan will identify threats and vulnerabilities the risk of occurrence, and compare the possible mitigation plans that can be deployed compatible with those in existence today. Access to the resulting Plan will be limited, on a need-to-know basis, to the District, the U. S. Coast Guard, the local Area Maritime Security Committee (AMSC), and local law enforcement. No additional specifications were given.
