Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1 - UPS Replacements Assess electrical components necessary to connect the UPS unit, including but not limited to, transfer switches, generator interfaces, etc. Work with GCRECD staff to establish a deployment and installation plan that will maintain operational continuity and cause minimal disruption or interference to the PSAP’s daily activities. Power outages will be scheduled and coordinated with the PSAPs. Install new replacement UPS units at all 22 locations provided in Attachment B. UPS configuration is similar at all locations. Proposed equipment must support the GCRECD 9-1-1 equipment and meet the following minimum requirements: Provide 3 hours of backup power. Scalable, allowing for easy expansion as power needs grow. Advanced monitoring and management capabilities that provide real-time and historical data on the performance and health of the UPS systems. Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) support for system alerts and alarms. Web-based management interface. Robust cybersecurity measures to protect critical operational technology. This includes encryption of data, secure access controls, regular security updates, and compliance with industry standards and best practices for cybersecurity. Ensure easy access to all components for maintenance and monitoring. The units must allow for servicing without disassembling adjacent equipment.
