Specifications include, but are not limited to:GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Contractor shall furnish to Del Mar College (hereinafter referred to as "the College") unarmed uniformed security services on a twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) days a week basis at the College's designated sites (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Area") to act as a security presence and information resource for the Director of Environmental Health, Safety & Risk Management (EHS&RM) and other College administrators. The security force shall provide for the safety of the staff, students and visitors to College campus as well as security protection of buildings, grounds and personal property at the Service Area. 9.SCOPE OF SERVICES9.1.Provide all supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment necessary for performance of services specified. Plan, schedule, coordinate and ensure effective performance of subject security services. Comply with and enforce Del Mar College rules and regulations, maintain orderly, safe and lawful conduct on campus consistent with the Contractor's ability and authority to do so. Comply with all Federal, State and local laws, ordinances and regulations applicable to firms providing security services. 9.2. Security officers’ duties shall include but not necessarily be limited to the following general activities: 9.2.1.Perform security inspection of the campuses. Maintain integrity of the premises and prevent entry by unauthorized personnel. Patrol College buildings, including restrooms, for loitering. Conduct thorough walk-through of every building, closing the doors of classrooms and offices before setting security alarm
